SCOPE OF THE PROJECT – TYPE AND NATURE OF THE PLANNED ACTIVITIES
Within the project, the Applicant will participate as an exhibitor at trade fairs with a national stand at AAPEX Las Vegas 2026, as well as at additional trade fairs selected by the Applicant that fall within the scope of the project, including **Auto Camping Caravan Berlin (2025, 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029), Camping & Caravan Jaarbeurs (2026, 2027, 2028, 2029), Caravan & Co Rendsburg (2026, 2027, 2028, 2029), Caravan Bremen (2026, 2027, 2028, 2029), Caravan Live Freiburg (2026, 2027, 2028, 2029), Caravan Salon Düsseldorf (2026, 2027, 2028, 2029), Caravan Salon Wels (2026, 2027, 2028, 2029), Caravaning Brno (2026, 2027, 2028, 2029), CMT Stuttgart (2026, 2027, 2028, 2029), For Caravan Prague (2026, 2027, 2028, 2029), f.re.e Munich (2026, 2027, 2028, 2029), Reisen & Caravaning Hamburg (2026, 2027, 2028, 2029), Reisen & Caravan Erfurt (2026, 2027, 2028, 2029), Salon des Véhicules de Loisirs (2026, 2027, 2028, 2029), Salone del Camper Parma (2026, 2027, 2028, 2029), Salon Internacional del Caravaning (2027, 2029), Suisse Caravan Salon (2026, 2027, 2028, 2029) and Touristik und Caravaning Leipzig (2025, 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029). For each event, WAVECAMPER will incur costs related to stand rental, stand construction and development, as well as business travel. As part of the project, the Applicant will also organize outbound economic missions aimed at holding meetings with potential business partners, combined with participation as a visitor at trade fairs related to the project, including Elmia Caravan Show 2026 and The Caravan, Camping and Motorhome Show 2026. Additionally, the Applicant will carry out an online promotional campaign related to participation in the trade fair events.
PROJECT GOAL
The objective of the project is to strengthen the export potential of the company in international markets through participation in the trade fair events listed in the project scope, as well as in outbound economic missions, with the aim of promoting the Applicant’s product brand and the Polish Economy Brand.
EXPECTED RESULTS
The achieved results will be utilized in the company’s operations through diversification of the customer base and distribution channels, revenue growth, and internationalization of the business. Through the implementation of the project, the Applicant will increase exports and profits, as well as expand the customer portfolio. Achieving the quantitative results outlined in the project will have a positive impact on the socio-economic environment.
